Car Fire I-5 SB

A little before midnight, Puget Sound Fire and South King Fire responded with Washington State Patrol to a car fire on I-5 SB at about S. 296th. On E373's arrival, they reported a fully involved passenger car on the right shoulder and were pulling a line to extinguish it.
